A true talent passed away at the age of 27 on July 23rd, 2011. Amy Winehouse, a critically acclaimed singer songwriter from England with a long and storied history of personal and drug/alcohol abuse issues died in as of yet unexplained circumstances. We will update as soon as we hear. Till then, lets not jump to conclusions regarding the circumstances to her death, but when anyone dies this young not due to violence its highly likely her substance abuse predilication is a likely cause if not contributor to her early demise.

The above image is NOT the actual photo of her death, it may not even be her! It’s just there to give you something to picture.

On the night before her death, Winehouse was up late singing and practicing her drums till very early in the morning at her home in London. Her bouncer checked in on her at 8am, and she was reported to be sleeping, although she may have already been dead at that point. He later checked in the middle of the afternoon and he realized she was dead. At 3:54 pm ambulances were called to her home and she was prounounced dead.

The causes of her death were not immediately discernable and the world awaits the results of her toxicology reports which are supposed to be available in a 2 to 4 week time frame after her death. Lets wait and see.
