Aaliyah a singer and pop album artist was last seen on August 25, 2001, at 6:45 pm on the board of a twin engine Cessna 402B (N8097W) the next minute came the news of flight crash. The crash was mainly due to the pilots fault who was under the influence of cocaine more over the flight was loaded more then its capacity so immediately after the take off the flight plunged upside down  into a marsh. None of then were able to survive in that accident. Aaliyah was burned badly and her dead body was discovered near by. Her funeral was witnessed by at least 800 people. Aaliyah’s parents filed a law suit against the flight company and they finally settled with an undisclosed amount outside the court.
